Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 August 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site"), which advertises the availability for sale of the domain names TrustInDubai.com, TrustInDubai.co.uk, TrustInDubai.uk (together, the "Domain Assets"). By accessing the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated as an independent, privately owned commercial initiative (the "Operator", "we", "us"). We are a private seller of domain name assets. We are not a regulated financial services firm, a law firm, a trust or company service provider, or a licensed advisory business, and nothing on the Site should be read as an offer of such services.

2. No government affiliation

We are not affiliated, associated, authorised, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with HM Government, any UK government department, any UK local authority, any authority of the United Arab Emirates or the Emirate of Dubai, or any other public authority, regulator or statutory body. All names, trade marks and institutional references appearing on the Site are used for descriptive purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

3. No advice and no invitation to invest

Content on the Site is provided for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, immigration, trust, estate-planning, financial or investment advice, and it is not a financial promotion within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. The Domain Assets are digital property; they are not securities, collective investment schemes, or regulated investments. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any decision. Descriptive references to wealth management, corporate advisory or brand protection describe potential uses of the Domain Assets by a future owner only.

4. Enquiries, offers and formation of contract

Prices, descriptions and availability shown on the Site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer. Any enquiry or offer you submit (whether by the contact form, WhatsApp, email or escrow platform) is an invitation to negotiate only. No contract of sale arises until the parties have agreed final terms in writing and the transaction has been instructed through the escrow provider. We may decline, withdraw or vary any listing at any time without giving reasons.

5. Transfer and escrow

Where a sale is agreed, transfer of the Domain Assets is intended to be executed through an independent escrow provider (currently Saw.com, available at saw.com). That provider is a separate business and is not our agent. Its own terms, fees and verification requirements apply to you directly, and completion is subject to registrar transfer rules and any applicable transfer locks or waiting periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; not to send unsolicited commercial communications; and not to attempt to interfere with, scrape at scale, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's layout, text, imagery and design are owned by or licensed to the Operator and may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without our prior written consent. Nothing on the Site transfers any right in the Domain Assets until a completed sale.

8. Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all implied warranties and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. If you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.

9. Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services including WhatsApp and the escrow provider. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices.

10. Changes

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Contact

Enquiries may be sent via the contact form on our home page or the WhatsApp channel published there. See also our Privacy Policy.
